Adventures by Jess Vide

My name is Jess Vide, 31 years old, and I am an Aerial Photographer based in Waikiki, Hawaii.

My account actually started out as a hiking and adventure type page. I would just share my travels and random pictures... then I got a drone! I took photography more seriously and invested in Adobe Lightroom and a better laptop, and went from there. So many struggles to begin with! Learning how to edit, the rules of photography and so much more. But seeing my own growth in my work was inspiring to keep learning and expanding my artistic reach. 

I shoot with a Mavic Pro 2, mainly surf photography at the local break in waikiki, which I fell in love with very quickly. I then developed a style of popping color and very unique surf shots from a lower angle that makes you feel as though you’re on the same wave.
