Parade by Fabien Voileau
That crazy feeling you get when something happens and you realize suddenly you are the right place at the right time.
The quest that sleep slides you away from reality.
This particularly moment you are hunting with all your passion.
That Déjà vu kind of feeling.
The moment you have so long hoped and waited for.
The emotional wave that helps you push forward.
This unique feeling shared by many at once.
The diversity of repetition.
The elements we constantly and consistently watch over and over again.
The states of mind listed above, go through any given surfer, always waiting for a singular moment.
These different perspectives, I go through them myself as well, as a photographer, the one who swims through line ups and humbly tries to catch the most graphic moment or maybe the most poetic.
“Parade” is a praise of nothing, a subjective poetic view of our surrounding, or maybe nothing at all.
