On The Road by Aljaz Babnik
Aljaz Babnik is a Filmmaker and Photographer currently on the road.
Last year he directed a short film, which was presented at 16 Film Festivals around the world and has won the Best Short Film (Berlin Surf Film Festival), Emerging Filmmaker (San Diego Surf Film Festival) and Judge’s Choice award (UAE Ocean Film Festival Dubai). Moreover, he produced a surf exploration documentary called From Lost To The Desert, which was filmed in one of the most remote places in the world, the desert of Morocco and Western Sahara.
What drives him is the interaction between human and nature, he thinks that we live in a disconnected society and with his work he is trying to reconnect with the source.
There is space and time to create a better world for everyone.
