"No Beginning, No End" by Brenden Donahue

Camera in hand, surrounded by crystal clear water, and sharing laughs with good friends is most generally where I find myself. My name is Brenden Donahue, and I am photographer based on the island of Oahu. Since I embarked down the path of photography, I have found myself continuously amazed at the experiences it has brought into my life. Whether it’s unexpected adventures that produce the best shots, the feeling of being part of an art so ancient but modern in the same sense, or challenging myself to capture moments that evoke raw emotion, it’s safe to say I am very much addicted to photography. All the photos seen below are shot on film With the Nikonos V. I picked up a Nikonos camera a couple years ago and haven’t put it down since. The entire process of shooting film has grown on me immensely; I love the idea of being restricted to 36 photos at a time. From the inception of an idea, finding the shot to capture it, and finally being able to develop it, there is something I find truly special in every photo I take. What you see below are brief snapshots in the day-to-day routine of my life; nothing beats being able to share moments like these.
